My current schedule:

Monday
530 - stretch, roll and basic movements (whatever I can remember from class or youtube)
630 - ride to work (5km)
1730 - ride home (5km)
2100 - walk the dog with 5ft stick

Tuesday
530 - as above
630 - ride to work (5km)
1730 - ride home (5km)
2100 - walk the dog and do hand/feet conditioning

Wednesday
530 - as above
630 - ride to work (5km)
1730 - ride home (5km)
2100 - walk the dog, 3x20 pushups, 3x40 situps, 3x10 chinups, 3x30 lunges

Thursday
530 - as above
5km run, 1km swim
1900...ish class :o)

Friday
530 - as above
630 - ride to work (5km)
1730 - ride home (5km)
2100 - walk the dog with 5ft stick

Saturday
530 - as above
630 - walk the dog, 3x20 pushups, 3x40 situps, 3x10 chinups, 3x30 lunges
1700 - carbo loading with full bodied wheat, barely and hops

Sunday
630 - walk the dog
afternoon - 20min ergometer test (aiming for 5400m at 26 spm)
evening - stretch

My goal is to maintain my current weight of 105kg.

Regarding inspiration, I'm secretly quite vain and want to look good for my kids when they look back at family photos.
