Preparation is the BEST Solution !!

Without prepation, ask someone who can pass the test , if you can get dragged by them - and when you need help to be encouraged to maintain the pace.

Getting dragged by them,requires self-hypnosis! Tell yourself you will run with so-&-so... Stare at their subscapula, perform forced inhalation & remember it's Only 12 minutes!!

We do not have any ninpo dojo around; so, we have a senior instructor visit us...

A Shihan Menkyo, "The Texas Tiger" first visited Louisiana in 2004. He continually
travels to bayou country to help us develop our ninpo skills.

During his last visit, he shared more concepts about individual combat. He sets
an excellent example with technical skill and persistance to achieve more!!

He is well received and his next arrival is anticipated.

I have several pics of my baby performing kamae(s).
For instance at 38 hours old she is in Seigan.
During her 1st week of life she slept mostly in jumongi, but now her favorite resting position is Hoko no Kamae.
The 1st thing she does upon awakening is strecth as in ten chi.
i am re-learning from my infant natural involuntary movements !!
