Could somebody say me this 5 gokui no uta frases translations? (I already know the "shikin haramitsu daikomyo" meaning)

Hi,

I think I can help with the first one...
Quote:

1º Chihaya buru kami no oshie wa tokoshieni tada shiki kokoro mi o mamoruran shikin haramitsu daikomyo.

"千早ふる神の教えはとこしえに正しき心身を守るらん" In '92 I asked Ishizuka Sensei about this. He wrote saying, "Chihaya buru... maybe is very difficult to explain but meaning is ... God teach us forever that correct heart make self defense (maybe good translation)."

It is my understanding "Shiken haramitsu..." is not part of the saying.

Hope it helps

Take care,

Ryan Reed

Thanks for the correction

Hi Guys,

This is a puzzle that I've been considering a few days now.
As for the name "Kasa sagi", in Gyokko Ryu and Takagi Yoshin Ryu, you are both correct (I think).

I find the technique titled 烏 昔鳥 (カサ サギ)Kasa sagi in my copy of TCJ (Japanese version... you know the mimeographed , stapled booklets originally penned by Mrs. Hatsumi [I was told by Ishizuka Sensei]). Then in the Gyokko Ryu material Soke was passing out at Hombu a few years ago the same technique is titled カササギ "Kasa sagi" ウ ジャク"U ja ku" 烏 昔鳥 . Finally, in the Takagi material from Soke and Quest TYR video
a technique titled 昔烏 Kasasagi

Strange,eh?

Take care,

Hi Guys,

Hope all is going well for everyone.

I purchase a copy of "Kuki Bunsho no Nazo" (The Mystery of the Kuki Archives) from Buyubooks a few years ago.
(I'm practicing reading Japanese in my spare time .

From the Table of Contents it appears this theory of ancient Judean presence in Japan may not be so farfetched.
Some of the Chapter/section headings include:

*Chapter 5 Japan ancient times and "the shadow of Judea"

* The Qin = Judean human theory of Doctor Saeki

* Western European's explain Japan = the argument of a
common Judean ancestor

* Kimura Takatarou's Izumo family = Judean theory

* Nakata important government Japanese person -
removing Noah's descendants

* Israel merchants control the Silk Road of ancient times

* Emperor Jimmu, the mystery of the Israel visit theory

* "Future nation revival" and puzzle of Kagome Co., Ltd. symbol/emblem

* The Grand Shrine at Ise to be dazzled "Israel's shadow"

* Qin is the Judean type Chinese
Hope it helps,
Take care

Hi Joe and All,

I study Hichi Buko Goshinjutsu with my teacher (Ishizuka) as does John Willson (Canada), Kent Bergstrom (USA), Michel Belisle (Canada). Not "the 4 menkyo kaiden teachers" just Ishizuka Sensei.

Soke also advised us to keep training in Amma (which is Kent's area of expertise) as this is part of the Hichi Buko.

Ishizuka Sensei has always been very kind to John W. giving him the information that he asks about...
(Truth be told I asked Ishizuka Sensei to teach the Hichi Buko. I had to he was beating the crap out of me)

Take care,

Ryan Reed

I would join and lurk and share the crap spewed on their with your freinds. Especially the stuff from the schools which Soke's not teaching.

Actually Robert, they have been talking about Shinden Fudo Ryu strength training from the Chuden level of SFR Jutaijutsu, Takagi Yoshin Ryu Ura Gata (John asked Ishizuka Sensei to teach this), Tora no maki (as I understand this is part of Soke's Kukishin tradition) and Hichibuko Goshinjutsu (a healing art Soke has taught in the past)...

Take care,

Ryan Reed

Hi All,

As I remember there is a menkyo on the wall at Soke's office (on your left as as you sit on the couch looking at the TV). As I read it it appears to be read

Hatsumi Masaaki
Kaiden Soke Dan Menkyo
Kukishin-ryu Bujutsu Soke

It was signed by Kuki Takaharu and
Shihan Takamatsu Toshitsugu

Anybody with a better eye for Japanese than mine care to comment?

Take care,

Ryan Reed
