Garlic, definitely loads of garlic. I don’t know if it will help a vitamin K deficiency but if you eat enough of it no one is going to want to come close enough to bruise you!!

“May I suggest devising a plan that would make your "Training Products" look like musical instruments. Then disguise yourself as a Minstral before you cross in plain sight.”

Brilliant!!

I can just see it now.

Although I seem to remember a golf bag full of swords in the back ground of one of the DKMS DVD’s which seemed like a good way to hide in plain sight too!

A system, a method!

It all went to hell.

A reason, a feeling,

I walked away,

One interesting concept I have come across is the A, B, C approach.

Absorb.

Block.

Counter.

Deflect.

Evade.

It was shown in conjunction with the Sanshin no Kata. I found it useful, try it, if works for you great!

I've only watched the link below but I've got to say from that I'm not sure where either of the Bujinkan guys "lost" and in fairness to the show's hosts, in the Hombu section at least, there seems to be a good deal of respect.

Well done and fair play to Doug and Bruce you did yourselfs proud.

Just my thoughts on a 10 min. link
