Wow! just saw the clips on youtube, you sure they aren't sped up?! the guy looks amazing. I'm going to try to get to that seminar, even if it's just for one day.

I think it could be the bit rate that makes it look sped up, like you said, the other people do seem to be moving at normal speed.
As I thought, it's unlikely I'll make both days because of work but I should be able to get there on the Sunday.
Will I need to bring any weapons other than a Kodachi? (I'm guessing it will be only wooden weapons?)

A selection of weapons is never a bad idea, but Kodachi is a must. You may also want to include Nawa, I understand that there are some Hojojutsu techniques in the school but whether they will be covered on the seminar is unsure. And yes, wooden weapons only please (or foam/rubber, no live weapons). And further, no outdoor tabi. The school in which we're training has specifically requested that we remove outdoor footwear before entering the hall.
And no photos please.
Thanks for everyones help, support and co-operation on this.

So, should I bring things like Bo and Jo or just Bokken and Kodachi? There won't be anything like Kyoketsu Shoge or Shuko will there because I haven't got any!

As Christian Slater said in True Romance:
"It's better to have a gun and not need it, than need one and not have it".
To be honest, I doubt there will be the need for Shuko, Kyoketsu Shoge and the like, but Bo and Jo could be a possibility and as I said before, a rope. Anything you can carry is a bonus, it's always good to be prepared.
I'm really looking forward to it, getting pretty excited now.
Hopefully see you there.

Just to re-iterate, no "Live" weapons please. Bring any practice weapons you like/can carry, but nothing sharp please.
Thankyou in advance for your co-operation.

Gentlemen, why don't you take this personal conversation to the "pm" format?
