Sorry Kouryuu, you can delete this later, but I was wondering what is to be discussed here. It's been stated several times that techniques over the internet can be dangerous, but perhaps this opinion has changed recently?

Anyway I think it would be best if you put up a sticky topic of what should and should not be discussed here, and what this forum is about.

To my understanding this forum was created so that people could discuss 'methods' for training at home not the techniques themselves as a step by step kata.

Because of several posts (including the link below) several members rewuested that a new forum be created so that new/non-bujinkan members could ask questions... this forum was inspired by that topic.
http://www.kutaki.org/modules/newbb/v ... 72&forum=22#forumpost7821

In a few posts it became apparent that some members had not found instructors and were asking questions about training at home and from videos.

There were some other postings if you'd like links for them as well.

Yeah, that's what I figured, I just wanted to make sure EVERYONE knew that, particularly those who are new to the board and such, so I asked the question for them, before someone hurt themselves on a post that was put up here that shouldn't have been.

Very wise ...

I read the postings on Kutaki for about a year before I even signed up nevermind posted.

I agree with not posting step by step kata...but maybe we should have a thread that has 'approved sites' so that they can read info.... especially the FAQ pages
