Hi there.
I would like to make a comparising table of the kyushō of the different schools in the Booj.
Therefore, it would come in handy if somebody knows where to find correct lists of kyushō by school.
If you know and WANT to tell me, that is, of course...

I already asked my shidōshi but he doesn't have them apparently

Thanks for any help.

Achim,

Give me a day or two and I will scan a copy of the kyusho points for you. Just send me an e-mail so I do not forget.

I have the Koto Ryu chart, Takagi Yoshin Ryu chart and the Kukishin Ryu chart.

From what Soke has told me (I know how some hate that but I dont care...I am his student and he is the authority of the Bujinkan) the Koto Ryu chart is a compilation of Kyusho from the many Koshijutsu and Koppojutsu Ryu Ha.

Sean

Dear Everyone:

After saying I will scan the kyusho charts for Achim I have received a ton of requests for it from others as well.

I do not want the original creators of these kyusho charts to get upset by me giving copies out to everyone so I have decided to recreate the charts in my own original format and then put them on my website as downloads. (I hope I am not accused of advertising my website again, I just would like to make this basic information available to everyone, as it should be)

Please allow me about one week to draw these up and get them on the site.

Thanks.

Just a little note..

"Many people are worrying about kyushô all the time, dont. You should be able to make the whole body into a kyushô, it doesnt matter where you hit him, if you are good the entire body is a weak point"

Not word by word but as close as I remember..

What are the differences between the charts mentioned above? Aren't they all the same kyusho points?

There are differences. Hatsumi-sensei released the Takagi Yoshin Ryu kyusho info in Sanmyaku back in ’95. At the time he said that we should take this and compare it to other kyusho charts and use medical books on human anatomy to study it further.

Has this been cancelled?

No! This has not been cancelled. The Onimenkai for this month will be ready for downloading on the 31st.
The Kyusho charts will be available there.
I plan to release parts of it at a time over the next few months since I will have to redraw everything.
On one drawing I will mark about 20 Kyusho spots, list the name, ryu-ha and typical strikes to the kyusho and their effect.

Thanks for the interest!
