Some thoughts and some questions

1st off after reading some of the posts in regards to what happens at the honbu from students it is quite rediculous. I am not Japanese and have had pretty relaxed training in Reiho, however have been taught that always be too polite then you won't offend. As for garbage, in anyones home that is offensive, why would anyone want to compromise Hatsumi Senseis feelings in the matter, throw it in your gym bag and take it to the hotel with you.
Other things like stepping over weapons and dogi on the floor, should be pretty common knowledge, I gather it is not.

Now question. I am coming for a tight period of time in Sept this year. I have asked before but it was overlooked, I may have been vague.

My Shidoshi has asked me to get a training schedule going.
So far I have been able to gather Soke teaches at Ayase on Tues, not sure of the time.
Also at the Honbu, Nagato Shihan 9am and Soke at 11am on Sunday, do they also teach any more classes?
What times are the classes througout the week at the Honbu?

As for the other Shihan, Shiraishi, Senno, Nagouchi, Oguri where are their dojo or when do they teach or attend the Honbu or Ayase. I want to get as much exposure as I can we have 5 or 6 days to do this in.

Any help that anyone can throw at me is a great help

We are staying at the Kashiwa Annex BTW

If I mispelled any names, my apologies. Also if there are classes from any of the other Shihan recommended please do. If i can get addresses or websites of these Shihan, subway stops etc.
I would also like to see Ishizuka Shihan as well.

Dave,
As I understand it, there has been a request not to offer times for hombu classes over the internet. I don't know exactly why this is, but it has been discussed here before.

As always, make good use of the search function and you may find a few answers. There should a be a few threads to check.

Dave,

Your post before was clear enough. It's just that kind of info isn't generally posted for public consumption.

Surprised Pierre doesn't have the info. If you still need help, PM or email me and I'll give you the run down as it stood October 2005.

Adam, I don't seem to have the PM capacity. I have emailed Ohashi San and got some info but yes can you PM me with the most recent info you have. Thats great.

Dave,

I'll put the info together and send it to you.

Re PM
Are you using the "Private Messaging" link in the column to the left of this thread? That should take you to your PM folder. There should be a "Send" button in there somewhere. When you click that it opens the PM window (pop-up).

At the top of that window is the "To" field, under which are two methods to specify which user you wish to PM. If you get that far I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

Dave,

Just checking to see if you got the PM I sent yesterday? I was going to follow up via PM, but if you didn't get the first...
