I have been to a couple of Luke's Daikomyosai seminars. I would definitely recommend him.

I have tried to get in contact with him via his website application which I filled out about two weeks ago. I know that this is a time that I should excersize patience, but I am extremely eager to start training, I was really wondering if anyone out there has any idea of how to get in touch with Luke Molitor of the Jigoku Dojo other than his website, I am assuming that he has alot of applicants and it will just take time to get to me. But if I could speak to him and let him know just how excited I am to begin training maybe he would allow me to be a student of his sooner. Any information is appreciated, thank you everybody for your time and help.

Just be patient, Luke is a very busy man and i am sure he will respond as soon as he has the chance, it will be worth the wait.

There is one other thing you might try. Find out where and when he teaches his class and go there. Introduce yourself and let him make a personal direct face to face evaluation. Just a thought -----

it has been a while since my last post. last time I posted I was looking for a dojo and had asked a few eople about luke molitor. I am very hapy to reort that I have been training with luke for two weeks now and I am so excited. I did not realize how difficult taijutsu can be for a beginner but I am loving it and would appreciate any advice for a newbie that you guys can give. I also was wondering how I can go about training at home if I don't have a training partner. thanks for any input and I am honored to be a part of your world.

Some advice?

Keep going, don't quit, and be patient. Just when you think it won't ever make sense, you're frustrated beyond words, and you're depressed about seemingly having two left feet.......
Thats when you need to keep going.

As far as training alone at home............

You can never go wrong with practicing your ukemi and sanshin.

Good Luck.
