did you check winjutsu.com? i havent any idea where those places are so take a look at the winjutsu.com yellow pages(links) to see if one is close enought to you

I don't think anyone is down that far however we are doing a seminar with many of the teachers from Texas including Joseph Adriance who has training groups in S La. and some teachers from Pasadena, La Marque and Lake Jackson all closer to you than Houston. I included the flyer.
