Anyone interested in a group that holds ourselves accountable for self-training? For example, I may plan to do sanshin 3 times this week, and at the end of the week I either post how I did or someone in the group prods me about it.

You decide what you're going to do and each of us posts our week goals.

Thoughts?

I like this idea! I'll start off small this week. My goal is to practice throwing a rope loop at least 5 times a day everyday this week.

Good goal! A little bit a day keeps it fun.

My goal this week is to do CrossFit three times and Sanshin three times.

Check out dailyburn.com, you can enter custom workouts as goals and track your progression. Add motivation buddies, etc. to see they're putting in the time as well.

Sometimes knowing your buddies are putting in their time is enough inspiration to do your part.

Second CrossFit this week, I quit settling for the plateau on bench press and deadlifts. Added two sets of five of Bench Press +20, and one set of five at BP +40. Added +50 on .the deadlift working sets.

I'm gonna feel it tomorrow...

Yeah! I hit it hard as hell last night, 10 min warm up, uppper boddy work out, then a 20 min cardio, followed by some sandwiches (hey, times are tight and bolonga and cheese are cheap... so was the wheat bread!) and a shower and some reading. I woke up a little groggy, washed up, headed out the door and I feel like a million bucks!! I love it when my chest, arms and back huts so bad I can barely move em!! I found a guy in a town not too far away who wants to start a training group, I got in contat with him last night to see if we can set it up for this saturday. That and I've been seriously considering getting into Kendo!

So what'd ya'll got goin on?
