Hi, In Bujinkan we use a lot of weapons but, we use a Ninjato/Ninjaken to?

If by Ninjaken/Ninjato you refer to the oldest version of Japanese sword, the straight-bladed, also two-edged one, then yes. Like the video "Ken, Tachi, Katana" says in it's name, we study all three versions of the "sword development". AFAIK.

And if you mean the one with the straight, rather short single-edged blade and square guard, then no. That one is not historically correct.

Essentially the same as the samurai, however the Togakure Ryu Ninja used a blade that was slightly shorter than a katana but not as short as a wakazashi. The saya was longer than the blade to give the appearance of a full size katana. An Example can be seen here:

The ninja chose their sword for a specific purpose so the specs would vary, therefor ANY sword the ninja chose would be a "ninja-to"
